Antique 1880 - 1910 Italian Brass Jewish Menorah Italy Judaica

16 inches high, 12 inches wide. I've seen this style only once, in silver, as seen in the last photo which sold for ,240 (,000 hammer + 27% buyers premium). Dates to circa 1880 - 1910.
There is an old repair that needs to be repaired again. None of the oil holders screw off, it is built into the piece. It looks like a very, very long time ago, one of the oil holders at the end broke off at the stem. To make the repair very strong, a hole was drilled into the stem and a screw was made for the oil holder. Then, it was soldered in place. That solder has worn away from age and it needs to be soldered again. For someone to take such a serious effort in repairing this with the drilling a hole and screw, etc., says to me this was a family heirloom that was important to the previous owner.
